CineKink Brings Kinky Film Festival to Chicago
November 16-17, 2012
CineKink — “the kinky film festival” — returns to Chicago for a hot, two-night stand, November 16-17, 2012.
With screenings at the Leather Archives & Museum (6418 N. Greenview Ave.), CINEKINK: CHICAGO will serve up a specially-curated program of films and videos that celebrate and explore a wide and exciting world of sexual diversity, with works ranging from documentary to drama, comedy to experimental, mildly spicy to quite explicit – and everything in between.
FRIDAY
The festivities commence on Friday, November 16th at 8 pm with “Best of CineKink/2012,” featuring select, award-winning shorts deemed the year’s best of the festival.
SATURDAY
On Saturday at 2:00 pm, sexy hijinks ensue in “Sweet Prudence and the Erotic Adventure of Bigfoot.” when the mythical beast is spotted at a remote nudist resort. At 4:00 PM, the documentary “Stage Brother” follows the quest of a young woman to Los Angeles and her dreams of making it in the world of adult entertainment. At 6:00 PM, a program of short works, “Kink & Kinship,” celebrates the special sense of community that shared kinks and proclivities tend to engender. And at 9:00 PM, two Bolivian strangers participate in their own kinky version of a “Sirwiñakuy,” an indigenous tradition where a man brings home a trial “wife.”

Ticket prices for each regular screening are $10 door/$7 advance.

In a Bolivian coffee-shop, middle-aged Luis spots Anouk, a pretty young French woman with exquisitely bad table manners. He approaches her and, without introduction, asks her to go home with him. Anouk surprises the both of them by acquiescing and, after packing up the few belongings in her small rented room, goes to live with him in a crumbling, colonial house.
